the location was really great, and even though it is located next to a busy street our room was quiet (room nr.2) In the street borgo pio are a lot of restaurants and the breakfast next door was good too. the metro isn't too far away and you can reach a lot by walking from there. the host was really friendly and helped anytime we had questions. (if you need to go to the airport on a sunday it's better to go by taxi)

The staff were very flexible, kind and helpful, the remote check-in works very well, the breakfast is very delicious, all three of the options. The location is very good, the Vatican is just a 4 minutes walk from here and the metro line where you can acces most of the city is also an 8 minutes walk away. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Would recomment for everyone!

Bright, clean and wonderfully located. We could see the St Peter’s basilica dome from our room. Room and common areas were newly renovated and really nice. Remote check in was easy. Tommy was very helpful. The old school lift in the building was really cute. We could leave our baggage in the reception after checking out, which was super convenient. Thanks for a great stay.

The owner was so helpful he text the details to us regarding which train to get from the airport and called us to give instructions how to get into the property. The location is ideal 👌 the restaurants around are beautiful we walked most of the time on Rome bring comfy trainors people are extremely kind. Our room was cleaned every day and fresh towels left too.

Perfect room, just like the photos! Very cozy, great view near the Vatican and close to the metro station Ottaviano! The guy at reception very polite and helpful. He was stand by at what’s up for whatever we needed and the check in was very easy. Also the breakfast at a cafe next to our room was perfect!!
